Control report for detecting duplicate journal entries: Duplicate entries harm regulatory reporting and can cause double payments. We developed a smart control report that scans core financial tables (such as BKPF, BSEG, and ACDOCA) in the background using a detection mechanism that cross-references criteria like reference number, vendor number, amount, and invoice date. It flags potential duplicates in real time, preventing duplicate postings and saving time ahead of VAT reports and Form 856 tax withholding submissions.
Dedicated solution for factoring vendor payments: Paying a factoring vendor currently involves complex manual reconciliations between original vendor debts and the factoring company. To solve this bottleneck, we developed a dedicated transaction that integrates with the standard payment run (F110). It filters and selects relevant journal entries from the payment run, allowing users to complete the reconciliation posting to the selected factoring vendor with a single click. This solution pulls original payment terms directly from the vendor invoice and applies them automatically to the new entry, ensuring credit terms match while preventing typos.
